At K5KickZ and Apparel, we stand behind every product we sell. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Eligible Items

• Unworn sneakers in original box
• Unwashed, unworn apparel with tags attached
• Accessories in original packaging

Non-Eligible Items

• Items worn, washed, or altered
• Sale or clearance items
• Items without original packaging or tags

How to Start a Return

Email us at k5kap26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color where stock is available. Contact us at k5kap26@gmail.com to request an exchange.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
